Local products, exotic accords, personal reinterpretations.

Make way for good produce from the garden and from small local producers. Stéphane shares with you his passion and his know-how. Between local, exotic and creative cuisine, he will endeavor to give you pure moments of taste pleasure …

In the shade of wisteria …

In season, depending on weather conditions, breakfast is served on the shaded terrace. In the evening, the meal is served under the wisteria.

The large living room of the house welcomes us when the weather is not the game.

Some organizational peculiarities.

The hours of our table:
With all the flexibility necessary for your rest and the pleasure of your vacation; breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. – the dinner aperitif starts around 7 p.m. in winter and 7:30 p.m. in summer.

Please let us know if your arrival is likely to be late.

Some evenings, for reasons of organization of the functioning of the house, we will not be able to offer you a table d’hôtes. Generally speaking, “no table” evenings are Tuesday and Friday in July and August only.

Dinners

They are composed of: a house aperitif and appetizer, a starter, a main course and its accompaniment (s), a dessert, a coffee or an infusion and sometimes a few other surprises but shhh 🙂

Other drinks are not included in the price of the dinner.

Picnic baskets for lunches

Wishing to surprise you with gourmet recipes, the baskets must be reserved, at least the day before, and are possible, only according to the internal organization of the house.

A hot beverage ?

To end the evening, as you wish, savor the calm while contemplating the stars, or share joyous festive moments, in the garden or under the wisteria, before a restful sleep …

Vegetarian dinner

In order to continue my commitments to sustainable tourism respectful of its environment and the planet, the table is vegetarian (but with, depending on the recipes, eggs or / and milk and dairy products: avoiding cow’s milk and rarely with fish) or even vegan. A debate may arise and my explanations will clarify this choice through dishes that awaken your taste buds. 100% vegetarian does not mean sad and tasteless: on the contrary …

And for the little ones ...

Meals will be prepared by Stéphane, a trained nutritionist, depending on the age of your child. A bottle warmer is at your disposal.

Meals for children under 4: only following a telephone conversation.
