You can think about coming to Mas du Coupétadou by car sharing, but also offer other non-motorized holidaymakers to share your vehicle.
Our preserved territory has the advantage and the disadvantage of a certain geographical isolation. Travel is often essential. The advantages of this type of transport: meetings, the feeling of adventure in complete safety, reduction of costs, limitation of environmental impacts, etc.

You can come via the airports of Nîmes (1 h 15), Montpellier (2 h 15) or Marseille (3 h 15) served by regular or low-cost companies.
You can more preferably come and recharge your batteries by train (then by TER from Nîmes). The station Genolhac (Gard-30) is 20 minutes from the Mas. We will pick you up there (information on request) or you can book with the Génolhac taxi company: 04 66 61 05 16 or 06 50 51 48 49.
For your research on the SNCF websites, remember to fill in your trip request via Nîmes ( Classic TGV , and Ouigo ), Lyon and Valence TGV. In fact, depending on your choice of timetables, the offers are wider by choosing a route via one or other of these stations. Then a TER will take you from Nîmes to Génolhac station (in the Gard, 30) located 15 minutes by car from the Mas. You can also directly find in your GPS “Souteyrannes” as the street name. Most systems recognize the hamlet very well!
However, we strongly recommend that you acquire a good road map. Better a map than a GPS often poorly configured for trips on the Cévennes roads, because often these GPS only take into account the mileage. Always follow the directions: “Col de Banette” and / or “Route des Crêtes”.
If you have to ask for directions in the village of Vialas, we advise you to talk about the hamlet of Souteyrannes, which is the locality where the Mas du Coupétadou about 4 km from the village center.
